Filipina Wanderer indulge to a gastronomic experience at Cafe Eight. Located at the Crimson Hotel in Filinvest City, Muntinlupa. It is a great place to bring your family and friends. As it is positioned in the heart of the Metro South, neighboring cities like Las Pinas, Paranaque and Cavite are all welcome to enjoy this dining experience.
The hotel‘s main restaurant offers contemporary International buffet with a Mediterranean flare serving fresh and healthy cuisines from Southern Europe to Middle Eastern regions. Take pleasure on signature drinks and indulgent desserts.
They serve different breads and cheeses, with wide variety of sushis and appetizers. They also have fresh seafoods. The Wakeme Shrimp is good choice of fresh succulence.
The Polpete Meat Balls with Tomato and Homemade Cheese & Sundried Tomato Raviolli are my favorites. The Lambchops is a must try too. It is cook exquisitely.
Always been a sugar aficionado, and seeing this desserts made my heart pumping like a turkey (weird description lol). I love the Strawberry Panna Cotta it is heavenly.
We met Chef Alessio Loddo, the Executive Chef of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City. We thank him for serving us great food. The Mediterranean flare made me smile. Cafe Eight is not your ordinary buffet. It entices your tongue with each bite. The flavors are popping out bite after bite, if you want quality food, this is a good choice.
The ambiance of Cafe Eight is minimal and masculine. Minimal because the choice of furniture are parallel to the eye. It follows a style of fundamental art. It is masculine because the colors are dark and sexy. Combining it makes the design approach a comfortable sophistication.
Overall, I am really thankful that I was able to experience this. Greetings to Mr. Francis de Leon for accommodating our visit. He made me fall in love with Crimson Hotel. I am excited for the big opening by March of 2013. Southeners we do not need to go far anymore, Crimson Hotel promises to give us great hospitality and delicious food.
